I used the wrong "hear" in the first paragraph. Fourth sentence should read " I will HEAR" not "Here" I was pretty passionate and didn't proof read...

I imagine a beautiful world where no car alarms are used. I live in the city and the ambulances, police cars, and stupid loud drivers (the kind that have small dicks and accelerate so super fast there engine sounds like they are abusing it) are super annoying already. Car alarms just add to the madness. I will here the same one go off numerous times in the night, awaking thousands in the highrises around us. They go off when people drive past. Stop re-setting it after the first three times, please.

For the love of god, stop using car alarms. Do the owners of these things like waking up during the night to turn them off? It is fucked. Please stop holding all of us hostage to your noise. I PRAY when those things go off that someone IS stealing them, I pray they are taking them away so the noise will stop. I want to throw a brick through the window of the shrieking madness. I had a friend who once, after a car alarm went off for hours, knocked on neighbors doors to find out whose it was, and when no one owned up, smashed the window, popped the hood, and ripped out the wires. Rad, hey? Get a club or something, you morons, your alarms are bringing society down,.

Ever since audible car alarms first came out I have been unable to understand the extreme rudeness and ignorance displayed by owners of these childish devices.
1. Audible car alarms don't reduce crime.
2. Audible car alarms annoy & irritate neighbors even by turnning them on or off, and this noise during activation is not even needed to activate it.
3. In some cases it even increases vandalism from neighbors that are annoyed by the rude owners of the alarm.
4. In many cases, the rude owner of the alarm does'nt even hear their own alarm, so why have it on.
5. No one will stop a car thief of someone elses car. And most car owners will not physically try to stop a thief of thier own car, even if they do hear it. So why have it on?
6. If someone does call the police, the thief will be long gone with the car. What good did it do?
7. The Automotive Insurance Industry Admits that Audible car alarms do NOTHING to reduce crimes involving cars. Therefore, not giving discounts for having audible alarms. (Check web articles about noise polution in N.Y. City to ban car alarms)
Conclusion: Since they do nothing to reduce crime, and since they definitely cause noise problems, and since owners of these alarms don't care anything about making enemies out of their neighbors, then why are they legal and why are they used? They give some people a false sense of security, and it gives others a childish way to annoy their neighbors, and others may feel that it is a way of showing off their supposed wealth. In reality, it shows how rude and ignorant many of these people are. They are like those rude jerks who want to park up close to the building but take up 2 or more spaces. Or the parents who think that their kids have a god given right to make messes for someone else to clean up. Some of these parents teach their kids to ignore rules, to cut in line, to be rude in all sorts of ways.
Many people are rude and hateful to everyone around them, like on the road or freeway.
I don't know what to say to all of those rude people who try to make life miserable for everyone else. But I do hope that LAWS will be PASSED AND ENFORCED to reduce their effect on the rest of us.

Good luck.
